  MPowered Group have aligned with a number of specialist advisors whom our team have worked with before to provide further non-core services that closely support our core service offering. We can act as head consultant for these additional services if required on a back to back sub-consultancy basis. We can provide the following additional services.

MPowered Group has partnered with Hartley Quantum Solutions to provide expert cost estimating and cost management advice to our Asset Management and Transaction Management Service offering. Director Tim Hartley comes with 17 years industry experience as a cost surveyor and estimator for many leading quantity surveying firms.

MPowered Group has partnered with AHA Engineering Services whom have a wealth of building services engineering and sustainability experience in the areas of technical due diligence and commissioning plan and program review. Director Steve Hennessy has of 40 years industry experience and has held many senior positions including chairman of the Chartered Institute if Services Engineers.  

MPowered Group uses CC Analysis Pty Ltd for any client service needs relating to 

pre-construction and construction programming services. These services include peer review, programme options, tender, pre-construction and construction baseline programmes, design, procurement and works progress and look-ahead programmes, resource and productivity analysis, risk and delay analysis, progress claims, testing & commissioning programmes, delay analysis and operational handover

MPowered Group has partnered with DC20 to provide supplementary expert advice in the areas of  strategic asset planning, life cycle cost planning, cost benchmarking and facilities management advice.  Director Peter McCarthy has over 30 years experience in the industry with a particular focus on PPP transactions and life cycle cost modelling.

MPowered Group has partnered with Risk Advisory Consultancy for further expertise in areas of risk and compliance, operational security and disaster management and recovery. Director Bob Epps has over 30 years experience and held many senior roles within the FM and security industry. 

AI Assets have partnered with MPowered Group in the ageing sector (with support in other sectors), to provide a suite of phone and tablet apps that allow for easy and repetitive data capture and validation of property Asset Registers and Inventories.

AI Assets provides support at a systems level and data capture resource level.

Lee Downes Consulting has partnered with MPowered Group to provide specialist consulting in the corrections and detention industries. Lee specialises in organisational reviews, research and policy analysis, strategic policy analysis, security and operational audits and reviews.
